I’m Matt Wish—a seasoned marketing strategist, writer, and executive leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth for businesses, non-profits, and ministries. My passion lies in building brands, scaling audiences, and crafting strategies that connect with people on a deeper level—all while ensuring the mission stays at the heart of every effort.
As the founder of Sonder Marketing and co-creator of MissionHive OS, I’ve had the privilege of merging creativity with strategy to help organizations thrive. Whether it’s through impactful storytelling, innovative campaigns, or mission-driven leadership, I’m committed to delivering results that inspire action and create lasting change.

Who I Am
I’m Matt Wish—a strategist, storyteller, and creative problem-solver. For over 15 years, I’ve helped businesses, non-profits, and ministries find their voice, sharpen their mission, and connect with the people who matter most. I believe great marketing isn’t about shouting louder—it’s about creating moments of trust that build real relationships and lasting impact.
What I Do
I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats: founder of Sonder Marketing, Communications Director at Hope Community Church, co-author of MissionHive OS, and consultant for organizations ready to make a bigger impact. At my core, I’m a builder—I help align vision with strategy, craft stories that move people to action, and create systems that bring those ideas to life.

I’m passionate about helping organizations make a difference without losing sight of who they are. Whether I’m walking a church through a season of growth or brainstorming fresh ways to connect with audiences, I focus on keeping the mission front and center. That’s why I co-created MissionHive OS—a framework designed to help mission-driven organizations stay true to their purpose while expanding their reach.
